Just to make there workout more exciting,I'm thinking of running like that just to say I ran a couple of miles naked...

I love to be naked, and might give it a try if it was set for a slow walk. But I think I'll pass on the running part...I've jogged nude along the beach a number of times, and even though my boobs aren't that large (34C) there's still an element of boiunce that becomes stressful over time.

I run both on a treadmill and outside completely naked. When ever I can I workout naked I do. I hate wearing clothes that are sweaty. They're not comfortable once they cling onto you. I own both a treadmill and a StairMaster that I use regularly. As far as running nude the first time it may take a take a few minutes to feel comfortable since your stuff moves around quite freely. Once you run naked you may get hooked as I did.

how liberating would that be? however, i have to agree with the other girls, i gotta wear the sports bra to keep down the jiggle! it hurts just to think about it!
