Try putting some ice on it. If it is infected get some cream to help fight the infection. If it continues to get worse go to the doctor don't wait. A cats mouth is just as bad at there claws. That's what my doctor told me when I got bit. Good Luck.

Get to a doctor TODAY. Cat saliva has a lot of bacteria in it (ever heard of cat scratch fever?). It is likely that you have something called Cellulitus - it is very common after cat bites. It is an infection that can only be treated by antibiotics, and if it IS cellulitus, it will get worse quickly. Is it swelling? That is also a very bad sign if it is. Call the doctor now.

When your cat bit you she probably bruised your finger...just like any bruise it will go away in a few days. If the skin is broken it could become infected or something so you might want to get it checked out.

Yikes! and Oweeeee's! Best get it checked out! Hit a vein like she said probably, cat's carry so many bacterial and viral infections that we are easily infected with, so don't take a chance, go to the Doctor!

Cat bites tend to get infected.
First, soak your hand in water as hot as you can tolerate for 5 minutes, then in cold for 1 minute. This marshals your immune system to the spot.
Then bandage it with triple antibiotic ointment.
If it gets worse, see a doctor.

You could do alot of things. I'd suggest washing it with soap and water if the skin was broke - if the skin was not broke, do nothing. I'd suggest using a sock to play with your kitty in the future. :-)
