Lottery winner.
Seriously, a lot of jobs that have historically paid well (real estate, restaurant management, etc) are requiring college degrees now or soon will.
In Arizona, I know that real estate agents and home value appraisers will need degrees in the next few years or risk losing their license.
I'd say car salesman or insurance salesman would be the best options. But a business degree would assist either career grealty.

Admin. Low responsibility & if you are dependable or working for a bigwig in the company it can be high paying.
The best jobs I ever got post college were through a temp agency. They would call and I soon found out I could barter with them for a high hourly if they were desperate for someone to fill the spot. I'd just tell them my car wasn't backing out from my driveway for any less than (and I'd pad the amount by $2/hr so if they tried to lowball I'd meet them in the middle and still end up with the salary I'd expected). True, it cuts into their commission a little, but if you knew how much they charge these companies for your services, they can pay out a little more, especially if they are in a tight spot. Make sure when you finish a temp assignment to tell the company if they want you back for another assignment to have them request you by name at the temp agency. Good luck!

They all need some kind of school/certification but in general with one of the shorter training periods - heavy equipment operator. The more technical, dangerous - the higher the pay.
