Were can I get a Modern Aiwa cx-nds55u surround sound encoder?

Question

I have an old Aiwa cx-nds55u that I really like, made in 2001.
I would like to find a modern version of this product.
It has a cd player(3 disk) duel deck cassete. am/fm and an optic in and has a 5.1 surround encoder in it and all the speakers, totals about 170 watts of power.
What is great about it, is that you can get high quality sound without the load volume.
Does anyone know of a product that is on the market that is like this without a DVD player, and with more optics in?
