Kindly suggest some home remedy, as the patch is growing bigger.?

I am suffering from bald patches in my hairs for the last so many years.. I am desperate about its cure. I used garlic paste on it. Some hairs have grown on it but the patch is still there, as the hairs are not growing on the full patch.
