It is not the dog's fault, nor is it your fault. I paper trained my small breed dog. Since she is very young, I leave paper in several places to make it easier for her (she cannot hold it very long so she must be close enough to make it) and this has worked well for me.
Crate training them does not mean training them to go in the crate. You do not want to teach a dog that a crate is the place to go; a crate is supposed to be their "private place".
It is most likely that the dog is becoming excited. Dogs will urinate when they become excited or when they are showing respect. You can solve this by ignoring the dog until it calms down when you come home. It may take a while, but persistence will pay off. You might also try playing with her in the yard before letting her in.
My 7 week old pup rarely ever chews. Once she starts, I immediately give her a toy to distract her. They learn what is acceptable to chew and what is not. The key is to have something for them to chew at all times because t his is an instinctive behaviour and sometimes lasts much longer than you'd expect.
Just remember....your pup is like a small child. Persistence and praise, teamed with love and understanding will guide your puppy to better behaviour.
Good luck!

She may be peeing on the floor in your house to get attention from you. If she's left outside all day she may be mad. Also, since she's still a puppy she may be so excited to be inside with you that she pees on the floor - or perhaps she is worried that if she goes back outside to pee she will not be allowed to come back in? The chewing is normal - if she's left alone during the day she's liable to destroy everything in her path. Why don't you try crate training her when you leave the house? At 9 months they are still learning and testing your boundaries. Make sure you are consistent with her and give her lots of praise. When she does ask to go outside to the bathroom try going outside with her or leaving the door open so that she realizes that she can come back in.

Your puppy is a baby and isn't getting enough attention! She is so excited to see you, that when you let her in she pees!
You have to train puppies and spend lots and lots of time with them and work with them. There should be plenty of toys around for her to chew on. When you see her pick something up she isn't supposed to have tell her no and put a toy in her mouth. When she chews on it, tell what a good girl she is.
I don't understand why people bring pets into their home who have no understanding whatsoever on how to raise it!
You can't put a baby animal in your backyard all day, leave it alone and expect it to learn anything. Animals don't have possessions, so no they don't care if they chew some of yours up!

Just because she can pee outside doesn't mean that she knows she's not supposed to pee inside. Go back to housebreaking 101 and supervise her carefully when she's loose in the house, confine her when you can't. Go outside with her so you can reward her for peeing outdoors. Tell yourself that if she pees inside it's YOUR fault for not watching her carefully enough.
Same with the chewing, she can't chew if you are supervising her carefully. If she starts to chew something, stop her and give her something she CAN chew on (puppies must chew). Again, if she chews something it's YOUR fault because you weren't watching her.
She can't learn these things without you showing her repeatedly and consistently.

praise, praise, praise. potty pads help with accidents; but coming in from outside is a behavioral problem that you'll have to watch.
with my dog; he has a walk that I recognize and then I hurry him out the door, and then praise him with a treat.
chew bones has helped save my house. I used to own 20 pairs of shoes and I would always leave my closet door open. Opps. Watch who makes the chew bones; always buy them made in the USA

looks such as you dogs has Separation stress. i could go away the abode for a couple of minutes at a time, then come back and compliment your dogs whilst he hasn't ripped the situation aside. choose for longer & longer classes. additionally get a "kong" out of your puppy shop and stuff it with peanut butter or dogs treats. It takes continually to get to the best things and canines like it. even nonetheless, some canines will require extra effective than that. i could refer to a Vet.

Try crate training her. When you bring her in put her in a crate to use the bathroom. Only let her out when she's done. She will get into the routine and only use the crate. Or let her in for a minute or two and take her back outside to do her business. If that doesn't work....GET A CAT! lol

get a shock collar with a remote and when they do something bad use the warning beep and if they keep doing it shock them (strong enough to get your point across) and that could help them to stop.
