I have a perm in it and I want it to grow out and grow my natural color back out. I know to keep it trimmed but is there anything else I can do to help it along?

Wash it every week, condtion it when it needs to be, and you might want to go with out a perm form a while so it can get longer.

Try taking a good multiviatamin make especially for hair. If taken regualrly it will inprove the health of ur hair and help with the growth

massage ur head with oil (any hair oil) i mean a hard massage with tip of ur fingers everytime b4 u wash it .. i cant be bothered n i h8 oils, but it does miracles !!
lots of green veggies !! n dont tie it back AT ALL !!

well perms keep your hair short. but dont cut it and straighten it.
