DOCUMENT! DOCUMENT! DOCUMENT!

And hire an attorney. (Check LEGAL AID for free services but be prepared to pay $$$$ for it. Legal Aid often has a long wait. If you want this fight legal, be prepared to pay $1500-2000 for it.)

Pretty words and humble actions rarely do the trick when the injustice has legal ramifications so.....

Hire the attorney. Document everything pertinent no matter how small - anything to help your case including how you're a good parent, how you've tried X number of things for your child or yourself, how your former husband has done this, this and this (back it up with verifiable facts whenever possible).

Talk with the DCYS supervisor. go as high as you can but follow the chain of command. When talking to them, be calm, patient, and be prepared to explain the situation numerous times. (Stick to the shortest effective words you can since they will probably stop listening to you if they think you're an over-emotional drama-queen. (They'll pick up on your tone much quicker than they'll understand your situation and the fact that you have the right to feel that way.)

Despite wanting to go strangle someone, you've got to maintain a good front so take deep breaths and think before you say anything to DCYS, your child, or anyone else about the situation.

Good Luck!!!

Do you have a copy of the court order? If so take hire your own lawyer or seek the help of legal aid and get them to explain it to you -- especially the terms and conditions.

The order should say the reason what reasons were given by the Doctor and what tests did he base them on.

It is important that you understand these terms of the order, especially if there is a date when it expires and it is extremely important that you know, understand and given the opportunity to exercise your rights under the law. I would find this out from your lawyer not DCYS.

When someone tells me that something has been ordered by the court I always ask the same question. "Did this order come in writing and were you given a copy of it? You would be surprised how often the answer is no.

You mentioned that no one believes you. A lot of people including myself wouldn't believe them.

Good luck and best wishes.

It is very difficult to have such a large conspiracy, someone besides you will catch on if you do the right thing and wrong things happen. They will win if you don't keep it together. Make sure you go to your shrink on a regular basis and if you don't like him get another before you leave (even if you don't need it) Just do what the courts say and they can not terminate your rights (no matter how wrong it is). Stay calm for the sake of your kids. You will need a lawyer, call aid in your state and get one (number should be in your phone book). As long as you do what you are suppose to and get a lawyer and hopefullyl it work itself out and you and your kids can put this behind you. If not write letter and call your senator.
