I doubt it. Why don't we place a dagger on your steering wheel to test out your theory.

Contrary to popular belief, safety restraint devices and the quality of driving are two mutually exclusive things that have nothing to do with each other.

There isn't a thing that you can add to a vehicle to make a person a better, or more safety conscious driver.
