You can go online to the post office, and find out. HI is one of the US states and Netherlands counts as Europe. I have not got time to do it - why not go to your local mailing station and have them weigh it and tell you. . .

There are also different speeds that you can send mail - it takes a LOT of money for fast delivery, and slower-paced parcels take less money.
