I am a weight watcher member and I can tell you it really does work, well it has certainly worked for me. I have lost over 6stone within 3 years. Put it this way, would you rather be obese all of your life or join a slimming club to help you reduce your weight and be healthy. I did exactly that, It is very important to stay to your weekly meetings because you can learn from other members who go there.
I would never knock Weight Watchers because it has worked for me.

Right, the one big mistake people make with weight control is they want to be mega slim in double quick time. You don't need a diet, you need to permanently change your eating habits, i.e. you need to eat properly forever in order to stay slim. Weight Watchers is great for showing you what sort of foods to eat and how big your portions should be. My brother lost weight by eating healthily and going to the gym 5 times a week. He lost it gradually over a period of 18 months and it has stayed off.

Weight watchers points is easy to follow and works well if you need the discipline of a weekly weigh in. I followed it after my first daughter was born and I had a lot of weight to shift and it worked really well. The only downside is the meetings themselves which I found to be overwhelmingly patronising, and the depressing people who seem to go week after week not trying at all and using it as a confessional about what they had eaten that they shouldn't have. My advice, go, follow the diet and skip the meeting after the weigh in.

Are you just sick of the normal diet programs were after the diet plan finish the added lbs are just coming and coming soon after finish the diet plan? Are you encounter the truth that as soon as your entire body will get utilised to a diet regime then this diet plan gets significantly less powerful above time simply because your entire body adjusts to compensate?

There are more diets than one can shake a mars bar at, they only work if you stick to them.
Everyone is aware of the foods that are healthy and low in fat.
Just excercise , eat moderately and stop making it an expensive hobby for yourself.
