You need Pepto Bismo. Drink plenty of water. You may even want to go see a doctor as I am not one.

Probably a stomach flu, but it could be food poisoning. I had the latter once and it was terrible for 2 days, but it goes away, just like the flu.

Don't bother with webmd. I searched there for when I broke a rib and all I got was recipes for cooking ribs. Very funny, but it hurt to laugh.

Just a suggestion for the diarrhea: Try rice water for the runs. Bascially cook rice with more water than needed, then drink the water you cooked the rice in. This helps harden stool.

With the greatest of respect, you must be crazy too. Any more than 2 days and you should've made an emergency appointment to see a GP. Do so NOW.

Any time you have diarrhea for more than three days, you should go to the doctor. You could have a virus from food poisoning. They usually run the longest. Norovirus and E.Coli are common food borne illnesses that can give you "the runs".
There are antivirals that you can take.
You could suffer from dehydration as a side effect. Please go to your doctor.

sounds like you have some sort of virus if it's been for over a week. you basically need to go to the doctor. there could be a couple of reasons for it. your best bet is to try otc stuff, but b/c it's a combination of vomitting and diarhea it sounds more like something you will need help getting rid of. you're also dehydrated which is going to make it hard for your body to fight back.

Possibly the Flu! If there are more symptoms.. feeling weak? Fever? Achy cant get out of bed?
If no other symptoms.. then I would be going to see your Family Doctor!

avoid any spicy, oily or soury food.. have plain rice with yogurt, plain red tea is good for solidifying your stew. I had similar conditions and my GP sent me to have an H.Pylori breath test (heliobactor pylori is a bacteria). It was positive and I was put on antibiotics for 1 week.
