He wouldn't, because although planes did exist in his time, it is doubtful as to whether or not he would have been selected to jump off of one, considering his age and the fact that parachutes had not exactly been perfected at the time.
Although if he hypothetically did, I suppose he would just scream like the rest of us.

G died in 1909 and passenger flights were only a year old, plus parachute jumping had really been perfected.
