he hasn't been working for so long and the only thing he is interested and do all the time is listening to music, writing music, play guitar, thinking about music, watching music programs... is there a name for this madness or it is not madness??!!

He is not sick. He is just not motivated enough to work or just too lazy. He needs reality knocked into him.

no he is ok just not working he has found some thing to do all day , if he is good at playing tell him to try and find a job with a band or as a backing in the music biss

He could have an obsession with music and that is affecting all areas of his life. Or he may be depressed and music may be the only thing that gives him pleasure and makes him forget his problems.

Perhaps he is just intent on being a musician. Lots of artistic people from all disciplines of the arts can be VERY focused on their craft.
Or maybe he is a nut case. It's sometimes hard to tell. :-)

You listed hobbies, but you haven't talked about his personality other that maybe he's a procrastinator.
You'd need to describe his personality more if you want us to give any suggestions as to a mental illness.

Lazy. He must live with his parents and they allow him to do this. Someone has to be paying his bills.
