I think it's certainly romantic to believe in love at first sight. It's a very hopeful, endearing way of thinking, and certainly can't hurt if you balance it out with realistic expectations once things progress. That said, I don't personally believe in love at first sight, as it requires the assumption that what's on the outside perfectly mirrors the inside. That's akin to looking at the relatively calm surface of a lake, and, seeing nothing there, assuming nothing's going on under the surface.

Yes, actually I do. I met my husband in 9th grade. During my class. We had the same teacher, but different period. He had gone by in my period cause he had to make up an assignment. As soon as I saw, him a huge smile appeared in my face. Call it first love. That was when I was 14 I am now 22 and still in love, as I mentioned we are married, we just got married this July.

Definately. Though loving someone is the easy part....the hard part comes with living with them. People often marry because they are "in love" only to divorce a few years later. It's not that they didn't love each other, sure they did, but it takes more than love to make a relationship work.

No. People tend to beleive there is really love at first sight because they are so crazy wanting to feel "love at first sight" making them unconsciously and deliberately wants to beleive on it.
It's all in the mind. Many say they did find love at first sight but ending up broken apart. Don't get yourself drowned into it.

I believe that love at first sight is a physical attraction that sometimes works out if it doesn't work out then no one calls it love at first sight.

I am not sure if it exists or not. I know that my husband of seven years happened to walk in to the store where I worked oneday and looked at me and then asked me out. He keft for Japan the next for a six month tour in the Marines. He called me everyday during the six months and frequently talked about us getting married when he came home. Well he got home in MAy of 99 and asked me to marry him in July. We was married on November13 1999. So I guess it could exist. I know it seemed to with me.

Sure I do but it is once that you really get to know the person, you might not find what you were looking for. Beauty is only skin deep. You may find that you like that person even more or less once you get to know then. Take chances- don't be afraid to talk to then or to give them your number- you never know what you are missing until you try

No way. It's lust at first sight. Then the infatuation may become a love situation.
