unless shes with the guy, just tell her how you feel
the worst that can happen is she doesnt feel the same way back. and then youll know you can move on.
if shes the right girl, shell see you for the amazing guy you are and choose you.

Just ask. Relationships should be built on honesty and trust. If one cannot get a straight answer then perhaps one should look--elsewhere for those fundamental elements and personality. Good luck and good hunting.

Well if there are two people after her then you should ask her before the other guy asks her out. If you do wait observe how she acts around you and how she acts around him. But you should ask her soon, pull her aside and talk to her.

while you trying to figure out which of the two of you she likes...the other guy is probably making a move...stop thinking about it and sweep her feet...ask her out or something!!! have confidence I'm sure you can knock the competition out the door...be creative and sweet...we love sweet :)
