Probably the injection.
I think we should hang them upside down by their toes.
No punishment is enough for 99% of the people in prison.
Anyone who raped or sexually abused ANYONE, much less a child, should at LEAST never see the light of day again. I would like to put them in a 4' by 4' cell the rest of their lives.

Injection is better than life. We, as tax payers, have to support the people in jail.

I think we should let the Victims Family , hang the Person up by there arms , an each family member gets to Slice a spot open on the murder's Body , then they all get to pour salt or Windex in the wounds , an watch em squirm..

Life without possibility of parole is far better.
The death penalty is morally bankrupt, likely to be applied mistakenly, and easily botched. Killing a perpetrator never brought anybody back to life, and delivers the message that killing can be justified.

Better for who?
For the criminal, life in jail would be better.
For society, killing the criminal is better.
If you put a bad person in jail, they could hurt their fellow inmates, the guards, or you if they escape, or get paroled.
If we kill them, then they can never hurt anyone again. It is the only logical choice for our own safety.
