Go with both...dont allow one to over rule the other..keep it balanced. Its an equation that needs both to find the answer.

Well I being very sensitive and emotional, I tend to let my emotions get in the way and I follow my heart. And that ends up being a problem because I then am very vulnerable and end up getting my heart broken. My mind tells my heart no, but unfortunately my ears and closer to my mind than my heart and my heart fails to listen. I think it's best to love someone when you follow your heart but your mind agrees and does not have any doubts. Then your heart and mind can go together and you can experience true love. :)

the mind sees things differently from the heart.
what you my think is love may just be lust.
the heart tells you when your in love but can't tell you who your in love with
i use both my mind and my heart.
i use my heart to tell me if im in love and my mind to decide if i really am in love and with whom.
the mind can play tricks and the heart is deceitful
but when trained the mind can prove to be a great decision maker and the heart faithful.

in my opinion the only way it can be love is if u follow ur heart...that's the whole point of being in love...u know things might not make logical sense...but it FEELS right...so u just follow ur heart...love is based on trust...& trust comes from the heart not the mind...

you are absolutely right and this is part of the reason why i've had my heart broken so many times.. I don't follow my heart anymore and have learned to follow my head instead :) :) :)

Usually I'd say go with your heart but thats got me into a lot of shitty relationships in the past so go with your head is best.
