When given a choice of three doors (monty knows there is a car behind one and barnyards behind two, and he know which door has which item) by Monty Hall you choose hypothetically door #1, Monty reveals a barnyard behind door #3, he then asks if you should change your choice to door#2 or leave it with your original choice... door #2. Most experts believe if you change you increase your chance of winning, ie... your original choice is 1 out of 3 (33%), by Monty knowing where the prize is and eliminating one of the barnyards, if you change... your odds increase to 50/50. Your thoughts?

I think when Monty eliminated one door, you're odds increased to 50/50. That's if you keep the same door. If you switch doors, you still have a 50/50 chance. I don't see how switching it changes your odds.

I think you got the Monty Hall problem all wrong: the real Monty Hall problem is why you care about what doors people pick. Get a girlfriend, start a hobby, volunteer somewhere. You have WAY too much time on your hands.
