Cottage cheese (I like to add canned pears to mine)
100% whole wheat bread with a little bit of peanut butter and honey
veggies with low cal veggie dip
4 hersheys kisses have 100 cals!
plain popcorn
rice cakes
yogurt

Besides from the fruits and veggies.

White meats are also low in calories, i.e. tuna is 60 calories, 0 carbs, 1-3 g fat, 15g protein.

I typically eat alot of chicken with some mixes of veggies, such as green/red peppers, and onions. I'll also buy some romanian lettuce and use the lettuce as a taco shell and put all my meat and veggies in it.

Good luck--train hard!

Most any fresh fruits and vegetables! Apples, oranges, pineapples, pears, grapes, bananas, etc. all have under 100 calories, + they have fiber and antioxidants! Also, carrots, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, etc.

Sugar Free Jello is also a good choice-- I think it tastes just like normal jello, but you're saving all the calories. Many of the packs w/the individual cups only have 10 calories each. Pretty good deal! :)

Fruit 2 0 drinks are zero calories. Sometimes I know I am thirsty. Grapefruit is supposed to be good too.

100 Calorie packs are the best. They come is all kinds of pre-portioned snacks. Also, many fruits and veggies are negative calorie foods. That is, your body burns more calories by eating them than they actually contain. Try the link.
