I think violating in a comedian type sense --- is a matter of spiritual preference and/or confidence level in onesself... Mainly the ability to realize that everyone is in their own space and time with their thoughts and spirituality----so sometimes best to just take it for what it is---A Joke!!!

By todays standards, it is quite tame. I have received a violation for giving expert advice on a sick cat. Some people do it out of pure spite.
