Hi there!

It will help you burn more calories. If you are in a static spot with regards to your weight, then yes it can help you lose weight. If you are in a state of weight gain, then it will just slow your rate of putting on weight.

Better is to understand how many calories you burn and then control your intake. This is what works.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

It doesn't really help you lose weight. Just don't swing the nintendo wii around so hard b/c there is pieces that fly off of it and will hit something.

It may help you get active but you will have to consider adding some other things... Proper diet and exercise (although the Wii gets you off the couch you may need to do more to shed the pounds)

I guess it beats sitting on the couch with a remote, but I'd say hitting the gym, going for a run/walk or engaging in real sports are better bets for losing weight.
