Dry air causes nose bleeds. Try to use a humidifier for a few days. Also, try saline nose spray. It is a salt and water mixure that works.

The tiny capillaries in your nose are very close to the tissue surface, and in dry weather can start to bleed pretty easily.
As long as it stops pretty quickly, it is really nothing to be concerned about.

You might have high blood pressure. Go to a drug store and check it out.
Your nostril could also be dried out from hot dry air inside.

This time of the year it is not uncommon to get nosebleeds from the dry winter air. Try a humidifier in your house.

It's possible that the dryer air is making your nasel passages dry. You can buy saline drops for your nose, simply to moisturize them and you could also put a humidifer in your house to put moisture in the air.
