i was skiing so i went up and half way down i ramed into this guy and fellover he said you want a hand i was like yer but the bad thing is i went up the hill and crashed into him again i was like sorry he laughed and said thats ok wat does this mean ???

Maybe it means that u were tryin to hit into him (or that u just can't ski). At least he wasn't mad at u!

Well you knocked hom ovewr twice and yet he didn't yell at you so either he is the most aptient person in the world and think you are there on some kind of special needs trip, or he could fancy you.

generally if some one says thats ok, it means your apology has been accepted, if he is laughing as well it is even more likely to mean your appology has been accepted and no hard feelings, #
-unless he was laughing kinda sarcastically in which case its likely to mean "do it again and I will take off your skis adn ram them up your.........."

Dont worry. its nothing bad. he was being polite the first time and the second time, he was trying to laugh it off to make you feel more comfortable about it. Unless he was pointing and laughing at you than you know he was just being nice. I wouldnt worry about it too much.
