Trying to tone up without weights,all I have is a treadmill right now, what are some examples of exersises I can do at home to tone up..all parts of the body will work.

Push ups are some of the best exercises you can do without weights. It works the arms, the chest, the upper back, and especially the core. You can do them either up completely in a plank position, or even on your knees if it is less painful for you. As long as they are done properly, you will get the benefit. You can even do them in a standing position whil against a wall.

Tricep dips are great. You do them laying on your back with knees up and held closely together. You then raise your body off the ground as high as you can go with your arms. Each hand is placed just just at your sides somewhat near your chest. Please see a picture on the net for more info.

You may want to get a resistance band and do exercises with that too. It is very cheap and works great. Some also come with a manual of various exercises.

Try Pilates. Thats the best exercise out there without weights too! There are many great DVD's available. try going to www.half.com or www.amazon.com.

Walking lunges
Tae Bo type kicks (raised above your waist really works your abs too)
Fire Hydrants
leg scissors
Leg raises
Crunches
