Go to the pharmacy and get a baby medicine oral syringe. Push the plunger all the way in, and press the opening over the blackhead. (Scrub and steam your face first.) Then pull the plunger out slowly. The suction from the syringe will help to dislodge it.

The Biore Strips work best on getting Blackheads out on the nose. You wet them.. placed them where you want them.. let them dry.. and then pull off. The blackheads will come out with it.
Also a Micorderm Abrasion set is a nice preventitive.. and never squeeze with your fingers.. use 2 Q-tips.. this will help with not leaving a blemish.
