the first part of the phrase you here ,wrote ? does not mean anything ......and the rest ? is has somewhat taken parts of french .but no sense at all ......
parloz= speaking / not correct
fromage = cheese .........
meirde = s....t / not correct either ......))

The second statement is very, VERY poor French. But literally it means Do you speak cheese of you ****" -- clearly just words strung together. If he wants to insult/cuss at you in French, I suggest that he learn how to do it correctly. ;-)

This is incomprehensible, but the bits I can decipher are very rude and quite frankly, when someone is that offensive it's not worth knowing precisely what they said, because it is beneath contempt. "Péter" means "to far t", "image" means "image" or "picture", "parlez" means "speak", "fromage" means "cheese" and merde means "shi t".
This is enough to give you the general idea. I wouldn't associate with this kid unless he cleans up his language.

This kid is not french, maybe his neighbours are and he heard quit a bit of words but not all of them.in all this two sentences you wrote there is two french words there.
Fromage= cheese
meirde (actually spelt wrong)= sh*t
and parloz maybe he or you meant parlez which means speakso its likely he was saying : do you speak cheese of your sh*t?yes it does not make sense.
