i dont want to be mean and say hey dude your not my type cus your ugly but it seems like the nicer iam the more they try to get with me iam 20 and only old ,fat and african dudes wanna talk to me i hate it i want a guy my age who is at least decent looking

When he asks you if you want to go out, tell him "no, sorry". Don't make up an elaborate excuse (like you have plans). You may think you're sparing his feelings, but you're actually leading him on. If he's really into you, he'll think "oh, I guess she's busy tonight, so I'll try tomorrow". Unless you're already friends with him, don't talk to him unless he initiates a conversation and then give short answers.
If you are friends with him, tell him "I'm sorry, but I don't see you this way. If it's going to be hard for you to just be friends, then perhaps we should stop being friends for now." Then he can choose and you guys go from there.

Well, considering that I am old and fat, and many of my friends are African dudes, I do wish you the very best....... (All of that is true, but I am just teasing......)
Lying to anyone is permissable if it does great good, and causes no harm.
Considering this rule, I would simply tell him that you are involved with someone, and really are tired of his advances. This will not insult his vanity, or his integrity. Don't you have any guy friends to hang out with when you're "out" who might act as "decoys" and provide you with some protection against unwanted affection??
When a guy approaches you, who you dislike intensely, invite him to "come meet your boyfriend"...who would really just be a guy friend hanging out nearby.

Sometimes you just have to tell it like it is. If you don't like them just say so. Tell them sorry but you are not interested or tell they are not what you are looking for right now.

just tell him straight up that you just want to be friends and that's it. if he wants more tell him maybe you can't be friends either. that usually makes them stop if they think they can't talk to you anymore
