The spots are in different parts of her body like on her legs on her arms and she doesn't know why they are there they also have no feeling she has tried to poke at them and they don't do anything Is this something she should ask her practitioner about?

she has a skin disease.i have a friend that has it,she is mexican (which don,t matter ) but she began by turning white in spots and now she had it all over her body..I would like to add that Micheal Jackson also has that disease,he is not bleaching his skin.your friend should see a dermotoligist,and they can give her/him the name if that disease

Sounds like skin fungus. Tell her to go to a dermatologist. The Doctor may prescribe Head and Shoulders shampoo, applied liberally to the area and left on for several minutes.

Always check skin discoloration, because skin cancer and poor blood circulation are nothing to tarry about.

It is just a birth mark but one that is lighter than the skin tone. I have one and so does my youngest son. My oldest son has a birthmark darker than his skin. Do not worry about it.

could be ringworms if they are flaky in those areas.. they have otc meds for that..
