Why don't you learn your facts first, friend! It is 'holocaust', 10 millions and Hitler, not Stalin. By this you are showing that you are indeed very articulate, very cunny and very knowledgeable and a good milker of events in the by-gone era! May you rest in peace, after doing such an excellent accomplishment!

Alot of evil has happened in human history...
You are right, some folks try to "milk" these events (and Jews aren't alone in this (think of all the hatred between the races in America that goes back to the slave days, before any of us were even born)...
Others want the world to remember in the hope that we won't repeat the same horror (of course, that's a vain hope, man is inherently evil)...
And then, some would like to forget the hurt and anger and move on.
I vote for the third option!!

The world is well aware of the horendous crimes committed in the name of atheism. However, propaganda is a very powerful thing, and the secular humanist establishment controls the popular media. That is why we are constantly hearing (ad nauseum) about the much lesser crimes and wars in which religion (especially Christianity) is claimed to have played a part.
Although he was a pagan, the crimes committed by Hitler against the Jews and other races (in pursuit of his master race ambitions), were due to his belief in the atheistic, Darwinian evolution theory. Of course this is rarely mentioned now (for obvious reasons). The Jews are quite right to highlight the crime committed against their race, and the 'holocaust' is a good term for it. The problem is that the Darwinian connection is not mentioned by them, and the impression is often given that Christianity bears much of the responsiblilty for the crimes of Hitler.

For someone who gets holocaust and hollow cause mixed up, you don't really provide a very good person for a potentially interesting debate.
Who would want to 'milk an event' where, if your stats are right, 30 mil Christians were killed?

Just for the record, while this person has proven himself to be the obvious idiot he is, if he came up with (hollow-cause) all by his itty bitty self then I would have to say that he has the potential to be an intelligent idiot because I have to admit that (hollow-cause) is a rather clever.
On the other hand, many people were murdered, including jews, pols and others. Crimes against Humanity are crimes against Humanity call it what you will. Anyone trying to pretend it didn't happen or discredit others as exploitist of that tradegy... has their priorities all screwed up and needs to get a life.

I suspect non-Jews coined the term "Holocaust." A holocaust is a burnt offering to God. I believe Jews prefer the term "Shoah." Speaking of which, you should rent or buy Claude Lanzmann's documentary of that title. Then perhaps you'll begin to understand that no one is "milking" anything; people are justly determined never to forget an evil of iconic proportions.
As for Stalin, your number is a little low. For myself, I use the term "Gulag" as short-hand for the atrocities of the Stalinist regime. My Orthodox friends refer to the "Communist yoke."
