No one can raise the dead. As for healing of the sick medicine goes a long way. Prayer to comfort us during the time of hardship also goes along way. As a muslim I see a lot of wonders around me.
Such things as the beauty of nature, the sun rising and the sun setting. I see the beauty of a smile when I smile at someone. There are no magical answers to your question. I suppose you are getting at something else, sorry can't help you there I don't get into relegious debates as to who is right and who is wrong. We are all right and true to believe in what we believe in and no one can deny us that.

Islam's holy book, the Koran, explains that God's creation, including mankind, is a wonder, a miracle. Plants, the sky, the earth, the moon, the sun, the rain, the beauty of all on this earth, is that not a miracle? That such complexity, such beauty can exist?
The other miracle is the Koran itself. The Koran is the most astonishing piece of literature in the Arabic language until today. This cannot come from an unlearned, illiterate man such as Muhammad. The Koran contains scientific facts that were impossible to be discovered 1,400 years ago.
