I'm going to LAX in a few weeks to fly to St. Louis and get a car to drive back. Well i'm a retard and booked it at 6 am. What is the bus/coaster route to get there either early in the am or the night before?

I think you are asking about how to get from LAX to Oceanside.
The simplest way would be to take the Fly-Away bus from LAX to Union Station, this runs 24 hours a day about every 30-60 minutes depending on the time of day. This will cost about 3.50 for a 1 way trip. From there take either the Metrolink or Amtrak Train to Oceanside. These run basically every hour from early morning to late evening and will cost around 15-30 dollars, with the Metrolink being the cheaper way.
If you are asking about Oceanside to LA then just reverse these directions.
