no, every girl is different. Most girls do like to get flowers, but they don't really expect them. Maybe on special occasions. I think that it's the thought that you actually surprised them with something nice. It doesn't have to be flowers though.

Personally, if my boyfriend gave me flowers, i'd like it. But i don't expect him to ever give me flowers. I don't like it when my man spends money on me because it makes me feel like i'm being bought. Though that's just me.
Most girls appreciate the spontaneity (sorry, can't spell!) of flowers because they think it's very sweet and thoughtful. Most girls LOVEEE when they're boyfriend gives them flowers because they are unconfident, or they simply just love to get flowers.
It depends what kind of girl you are talking about. If she's someone you love, surprise her with flowers. You can't go wrong.

I love to receive flowers, but I never expect them. I think it's really the thoughtfulness of the gesture that counts.

I can't speak for all women, but i like getting flowers. I don't expect it but its nice when men do it just because.

I love flowers! I think most girls do, i've been with my boyfriend for 2 1/2 years and he's never gave me flowers cuz he thinks there a waste of money cuz they die, but there still nice to recieve...

giving flowers is just a nice gesture and a pick me up. it can brighten a woman's day if she's having a bad day, or just make her day that much more special. it let's her know that you're thinking about her, it's not a necessity, just something nice to do on an occasion

No, All women dont expect for you to get them flowers. many women like it makes them feel loved, and cared about. most women love suprises. i love it when my b/f gets me them just when ever it lets me know he cares

I never expect . . . that can lead to dissappointment. However, it is nice to receive them . .. especially for no reason. It is extra nice when you get them and you see thought was put into them . . like her fav flowers and/or colors . . not just always roses. Not all of us like roses.

well i like getting flowers and i think it sweet...but not all women like to get them...my aunt says that flowers remind her of when people die.....so try to find out what the girl likes.....
