Because it takes a long time for my skin to heal from a cut, etc. Should I take a mixture of vitamin E and iron? Should I also take green tea as well?

I suggest a multivitamin and mineral tablet. Vitamin A is the most important for skin, eyes, hair, etc., all vitaimins are more effective when taken together because they rely on each other to work properly. Also true for your other nutrients of protein, carbs, fats and water. BTW, water is actually the best nutrient for the skin and overall health for the body.

I don't know abour Green Tea, but I know vitamin E would be your best shot for skin rejuvination. I know it works great for stretch marks, and also cocoa butter works great to get rid of scars.
