I say get a binder and start writing your thoughts down. Skip lines. When you think you're done, go through and cut out each sentence and rearrange it to your liking. After that, hold onto it for a few days. If your feelings have not changed then give it to her, but remember once she reads it you cannot take it back. Be sure you said everything you wanted to and won't regret later on. Also, I suggest keeping a journal to write down your feelings in to get it out, then burn it later on. This way you can vent your feelings and get them out before you explode, but don't risk regret later on.

By the way I like the way you asked your question. Good luck to ya!

None of those words you listed are "sensitive" what are you aiming at? Getting a girl/guy or dissing one for cheating on you? If you want her DO NOT USE THOSE WORDS if it this the opposite by all means, still it is NOT gentile. Start by writing how you feel and then go from there, it should come naturally if you write what you feel.

Sensitive and emotional are one in the same. I think you should go with the word you think conveys your emotions the best. Dear Mom is usually too cliche. I think you'll get your point across without burning any bridges by using b*tch.
