HELLO! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN ABOUT! How in the world can people think that mankind built the globe? Placed all of the ocean waters from the Atlantic to the Pacific on land, placed all the sand in the desert, trees in the wilderness, snow, sun, rain I could go on and on and on. How in the hell can mankind think that they did this sh!t by themselves? All mankind did was f*ck it up! You tired tired non-believers! But I have to respect what you believe but I still got to call you some names to feel better! It's the only way I can deal! :~)

If there is not a God, the no one created heaven and earth, nor the human being. It all emerged out of stochastic processes, which are apparently organized patterns that emerge out of random and chaotic processes. (This is not to say that's what happened, but your question posits the "if.")
Another option is the Taoist perspective: it is the Tao that created all of these things, because these things are the nature of Tao.
(But note that Tao is not quite the same thing as God. The Tao is not necessarily a conscious force.)
"There was something formless and perfect
before the universe was born.
It is serene. Empty.
Solitary. Unchanging.
Infinite. Eternally present.
It is the mother of the universe.
For lack of a better name,
I call it the Tao.
It flows through all things,
inside and outside, and returns
to the origin of all things."
- Tao te Ching, verse 25

What? Is man merely a mistake of God's? Or God merely a mistake of man's?"
Cause and effect: such a duality probably never exists; in truth we are confronted by a continuum out of which we isolate a couple of pieces, just as we perceive motion only as isolated points and then infer it without ever actually seeing it. The suddenness with which many effects stand out misleads us; actually, it is sudden only for us. In this moment of suddenness there are an infinite number of processes which elude us. An intellect that could see cause and effect as a continuum and a flux and not, as we do, in terms of an arbitrary division and dismemberment, would repudiate the concept of cause and effect and deny all conditionality.
from Nietzsche's The Gay Science, s.112, Walter Kaufmann transl..
Historical refutation as the definitive refutation.-- In former times, one sought to prove that there is no God - today one indicates how the belief that there is a God arose and how this belief acquired its weight and importance: a counter-proof that there is no God thereby becomes superfluous.- When in former times one had refuted the 'proofs of the existence of God' put forward, there always remained the doubt whether better proofs might not be adduced than those just refuted: in those days atheists did not know how to make a clean sweep.
from Nietzsche's Daybreak,s. 95, R.J. Hollingdale transl.
After Buddha was dead, his shadow was still shown for centuries in a cave - a tremendous, gruesome shadow. God is dead; but given the way of men, there may still be caves for thousands of years in which his shadow will be shown. -And we- we still have to vanquish his shadow, too.
from Nietzsche's The Gay Science, s.108, Walter Kaufmann transl.

with all due respect to you , i do not know wether you are fooling around or what but this world this universe has been made by god , how do i say that , everythinng in this world has been made with a purpose and everything in thing is a part of a system the solar systtem , galaxies, human body , food chain , reproduction etc. one thing is common among these things and that is that they are obeying some law some system or rather someone.. just like you many people were confused and are still are and to resolve all our doubts and make us realise our purpose on earth god sent us his prophets and his holy books , a book for diffierent times so that people of thier respective times could relate to it and the last book sent on the last messenger was quran , the torah, zaboor, injeel , bibel were revealed before the quran for a specific audience but quran was sent down for the whole of mankind till the end of humanity, the day of judgement. the quran has everything in it that is so logical so practical , each and evry geological , psychological, characteral , claim is scientifically proved , infact the scientists who went into challennging islam claims ended up accepting it as the way of life. there is so much to say and write on this issue that i cannot do justice in just a page for . look into yourselves you have a conscience dont keep it aside listen to it and it will speak to you like the voice of god . some people might say that all this is nonsense and that god and islam is nonsense but for such ignorant peolple god says they know in the depth of their as to what is the truth but they try to fool others but they do not know that they are fooling tthemselves, i do not ask you to simply believe in what i say . so some research probe into your heart and read the quran with an open mind. if i hurt any ones feelings i apologise , i had no intention to do so i respect your decisions but request you to read the quran atleast once.. thank you

Well the god and heaven part is easy...those were creations of mans imagination. The earth and the human being were more processes than creations. And why must there be 'who'? That signifies some kind of entity. There is no reason or evidence to believe that any kind of entity was responsibile.

What makes it mandatory for God to have been created? IF the universe is created - meaning there inevitably is a realm outdoors the actual universe. What foundation do you need to assert the guidelines that govern the actual universe, and have been created with the actual universe could have any application outdoors of the actual universe?

Maybe it was a team of gods? Maybe it was a different god? maybe it was the motion of energy and matter governed by physical laws.
Just because it's incomprehensible to you doesn't mean it ain't so.
I mean do you REALLY understand what it's like for a microwave to oscillate a few BILLION times per second? Can you really grasp that? I'll assume not. Yet you believe it right?

Heaven? Do you mean the fictional paradise or space and the other galaxies?
They were created by gravity.
And the human being was never created. "Homo Sapien sapiens is another variation of animal with slight genetic and morphological differences.

Heaven? Why would you think it actually exists?
If you have an astronomy question, or a biology question, why don't you post them in the correct category? Do you really want answers?
