First I would look into her eyes(windows to emotions) and a nice smile/mouth is a must have. Then I would probably look at her in general body type torso I love to hold my girlfriend around the waist. Those are the main things :)

Clothing. Is she dressed modestly? Like a whore? Like she's trying too hard to be "individualistic"? You really can judge a book by its cover sometimes.
