I have battled Anorexia for 12 very very long years and I could never get stable until I joined the gym. I still battle it but with the proper exercise I feel safe. I feel safe to eat and to live alittle because as long as I go to the gym everyday I know and feel I will be alright. At least I eat and I keep it in check.
