you fell in love with and slept with your church brother? I'm in that situation now and we are trying to stop but the chemistry is unbelievable between us.. We both love God very much and we know that we need to "get it together". I don't think he is ready for marriage and in someways I'm not either due to other outside factors in both our lives. yes we do see each other as a potential spouse and we have a great relationship outside of sex.. we can talk and relate to almost anything... we make each other laugh and we have a great deal in common.. however we want to do things the right way and are trying but its difficult. if you were in a similar situation before how did things turn out?

I was in a simular situation but I chose to end it.As a christian I have to follow the Bible exquitidly meaning:you can't serve two masters. You say you Love God but yet are not following his commandments."Get Married"if you can't get married then leave each other alone. There is no excuse you can't justify/or explain a thing if it's wrong according to God.My situation got so out of hand until I had to finally just stop attending that church and find another one. It's not that I don't still serve God but I do it in my own way(study the word)somtimes your flesh can get you in a lot of situations but prayer and meditation will help you to not do anything against God.Another thing to ask yourself What would Jesus Do in this situation?

"The Right Way" is the kind of thing self-important hypocrites tell other people to do, then they go and do whatever they want. Do what is right for you, not what is right for someone else, or some silly nonsense idea like God.

Besides, if there is a God, I would hope that he wants us to be happy. How could anyone worship a God who put us here only to be miserable and unhappy?

Hopefully, you are both single. If either are married, stop this relationship now. You two need to leave each other alone or get married if you are single.

we both decided to see a marriage couselor at our church, and afterwards were married. it was the best choice we both made, knowing how we felt about eachother, and our belief in God.
