If a person has all the money in the world it just means they have more options to buy things, but that doesn't mean they have everything in the world. The most unique gift you can get a person who seems to have everything is a book. There are literally a billion titles and books can say and mean so much to the right person. Of course, that presumes, the person who has all the money in the world enjoys reading.
Personal gifts are always good gifts. People feel intimidated when they give gifts to people who they believe have everything, but a personal gift speaks of your heart for that person. I remember I read something about Oprah Winfrey and Gayle relationship. Obviously Oprah has much more money than Gayle, but the one thing Gayle said is that she does not assume just because Oprah can pay she will pay. People who assume that take advantage of her kindness. So a personal thoughtful gift will be appreciated even if the person can buy anything.

The best gift is to not give them anything material. Obviously they've got every material thing they want because they have the money to do so. So, get them something they wouldn't expect. A day or so before Christmas or After Christmas, or on Christmas take them out to do stuff. Maybe (depending on where you live) prepare a picnic and take them to a nice Park and just talk.
Maybe you could make them a little coupon book of stuff you are willing to do, such as: This coupon entitles you to one free dinner with me. (so you will pay for dinner) do a lot of those in a little booklet and give it to them. They will appreciate spending time with you.
I believe, since they are rich, that they are tired of material things, so try to make it as personal as possible. A dinner, some time together, etc.

A person that has all the money in the world can buy anything that he wants for himself except he cannot buy a ticket into heaven so the message of Christ is the best gift, that He came from God to save sinners - which includes everyone. He died to replace our punishment and arose on the third day to give us new life - a changed life that cannot be stolen like money can.

Love and appreciation. Other than that, little things are always nice. Sometimes those who have all the big things and money still don't think to buy something little, unique and special. My mum had everything she wanted, but was as happy with some sparkly costume jewelry that came from the heart as all the expensive things she bought for herself. Even new furry fakey slippers would make her smile.

Food. If you made it and it's from your heart that's the best. It took time and care to get it done just right for that someone. Be it Homemade bread or cookies, maybe you make a kickin' BBQ sauce just buy a nice jar or bottle for it. And if it's appropriate, add a bottle of wine, and you're good to go. If you don't cook, you can arrange a fruit basket with cheeses like Brie and Camembert, those need to be refrigerated just so you know, pair with apples and pears maybe a chutney for it too, basket it up and get a great bottle of wine. Just remember it's the thought that counts and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

The same thing you would buy someone without all the money in the world. I suggest a book on one of their hobbies or maybe a framed picture of them as a child. Something that they may have overlooked.
