Hello. I donate blood regularly, and platelets a few times a year. I am now 50 and had a flu shot for the first time a few weeks agao. If I donate blood (I'm due again on 12/22), does that decrease the effectiveness of my flu shot?

No, your flu shot will work just like normal. You're body will begin to manufacture blood immediately but it will not dilute your flu vaccine.
