Frozen tastes better, but they are a lot better for you, because they are frozen at the peak of ripeness, which preserves their nutritional value. When veggies are canned, they are packaged in water or oil which blanches a lot of the vitamins out of them. So unless you drink the liquid as well, you drain a lot of the vitamins out when you strain the can.

Frozen vegetables because they taste like vegetables, whereas canned vegetables taste like metal.
