just put the weight plz and dont waste ur time goin on about diet and amount of time training!the training as been for 3 yrs.just weight in kg

I'll make it nice and easy for you: if you can bench your own weight for 10 reps, you're consider strong. If you can bench double your weight, you're very strong.

Depends on your weight. This is very broad, but if you are within 160-180 lbs, then 185-205 lb will be a good weight. Convert that into kg

nyc is right...benching your body weight 10 times is considered strong.

Of course, being the roid raged freak that you are, you did not bother to tell us how much you weigh so we could not tell you an actual number

obviously its different for everyone and dont believe anyone here who gives u a weight
find the absolute max u can do then work out 80% of that
