roughly 11 years until puberty.
My parents had many complaints until then which allows a conclusion towards repressed maniac. However, there is little evidence that I became peaceful afterwards.

He is addressing MEN who have different and much more powerful and consistant sexual urges than women do, generally speaking.
Men produce sperm all the time, women drop and egg once a month.
Men produce far more testosterone.
It's all about the hormones people, it has nothing to do with the devil or god.

due to health related complications, i have not had partnered or sols sex since Dec. 2005. the need, desire, and urge is ALWAYS there, but due to nerve damage in my member, my buddy does not rise for the occasion. it's making me grumpy, obnoxious, and extremely frustrated, considering my wife and i or me, by myself, engaged in sex just about every other day.
