I see nothing wrong with doing it then. I've heard "activity" eases the pain of cramps. It can be messy so I would put an old towel under you to protect the sheets. Or better yet do it in the shower, fast easy clean up!

I think My husband and i have done that once before and it was not as good for me and my husband was a little disgusted by it. I personally don't get aroused when it's that time of the month. I believe it is between you and the other person.

depending on the guy it may be no biggie. just put a towel down and you are good to go. usually when you wash up right before it will limit the amout of "flow". and if the guy just real is not sure if he want "them juices" on him than definatly use a condom
