I think some girls do it because they're still not over whoever it is. But I think it could also be because they want to hint to you what they didn't like about their ex, so that you won't do the same thing and hurt them. but I guess girls are like that. We like to talk and get things out and it makes it a lot easier to get over someone if you just let it out.

You mean while they're dating you? It means that they are not over whoever it is they are talking about. Move on. Fast.
It's okay to mention past relationships, but only when the time is right and just for those singular occassions. Someone who always talks about their ex (either good or bad) is someone who is always thinking about their ex.
You deserve to be in a relationship with one, singular other person. Not you, the person and the person's ghost. Like I said, move on.

My husband said that I did that alot when we were dating and it drove him crazy. I don't know why i did it. Mabey because I was still kinda missing that guy in the past. O r mabey I did it to make him jealous. I have no clue, girls are just weird. Just tell the girl to stop talking about him or the past or go be with him. That will shut her up quick.
