I've always considered dentistry not to be a "do it yourself" activity.

Not a good idea as super glue is poisonous, If your crown has fallen out you can buy dental kits from boots which contain a temporary filling material and can be used to stick your crown back on until you can get to the dentist.

Not a good idea superglue is not designed for that purpose and it could be more problematic for the tooth, if something goes wrong with the underlying tooth you'll have a major problem removing a crown superglued in!!
You need to visit your dentist who will recement the crown using specific materials.

To temporarily recement lost crowns ("caps"), bridges, or veneers, use a temporary dental cement, such as Dentek Thin Set Denture adhesive (such as Fixodent in the US) may also hold crowns and bridges in place temporarily. Resist the temptation of superglue, and go for a dental repair kit instead. OK, it might mean an embarrassing encounter with a pharmacist, as well as having to face dentistry-related paraphernalia... but it really is a much safer choice.
Hope this helps

LOL I would just use a toothpick or a very clean and steril screw driver (like the ones for glasses), and scrape off the layer of glue gently. Put a little force into it, hopefully the teeth won't pull out. That's the tasteful way of getting it out. But if all hope is fail, ur dentist is ur last heroe. Let us all, including urself, laugh at ur oopsy!! HAHHAHA :D laughter is the best med.......ok not really but still ಠ_ಠ

Superglue's no good. It's poisonous and it will come unstuck after a few days.

Go and see your dentist. He's got the right glue and he can make sure everything is sterile before he puts the crown back.

Don't do it. Go see the dentist. The crown will decay under it if you put it back in with super-glue.

I wouldn't attempt that, super glue is not a substance you should put in your mouth, especially with something as expensive as a crown.

no you can not put your crown in your mouth with super glue. for one glue is toxic and shouldn't be in your mouth in the first place. second only professional dentists with a license should ever do dental work.
