The longer the excrement has sat in your body the worse it is going to smell. It takes meat (i.e. steak, pork, etc.) a long time to completely go through you system and be excreted. So imagine for all of those days you have this undigested meat just sitting in this hot moist environment fermenting away. It is going to be extremely foul when it comes out.

I have been a vegetarian for years now and I can assure you that it still doesn't smell like roses but it is no where near as bad as that of a meat eater.

I think a lot of it has to do with how regular you are too. Eat lots of fiber and cut down on your meat consumption and see if it improves any.

I am NOT a doctor ! . . . . but , smells to me as if perhaps by doing as I do , things might change for you , and of course " if things don't change than they'll stay as they are " !

As for eating , I guesss that I have 2.5 basic rules concerning food
1. Generally speaking I am not a big eater , & if that means I have to let someone know that I think there is too much on my plate . " please remove some / 1/2 / whatever ammount I think fit " then I let them know , and if I think that this shall save me from carrying around extra in my waste disposal system , which I think does nothing but ROT and ferment inside my body , anyway . If someone should feel offended by a request to remove food or to bring a smaller portion that is their problem and i do not feel obliged in the least to accept rot and fermentation into my own system , ( think about it this way if you are habitually / continuously having your stomach and then the rest of your bodily waste disposal system chock a block full of this mass of rot and fermentation within your body that either over a longer or shorter period of time this shall eventually transfer itself onto your own physical pipeworks ) just because it will satisfy someone elses big hearted ego .

2. Don't eat lots and lots until you feel " stuffed " , eat less , start with your next meal , eat good healthy FOOD stay away from trash hamburgers and these stupid how we lost a war cup noodle shite , if you put this shite in your mouth it will only appear as worse shite and smell like it when it does re-appear , stay away from eating 15 differntly cooked assortments of vegetables at any one sitting and all these artsy fartsy ou la la ghoulash sauces , which in some cases are only there to disguise that which they are covering .

2.5 DO NOT eat fat , your body is not exactly the same as an ESSO or a SHELL oil refinery !

All this crap which has been coming out over the last few decades about you cant take salt , dont eat sugar stop eating meat breathing is bad for your health etc. etc. ad nauseum is just exactly as contained in word #3 of this sentence , crap !

Eat well , eat what YOU LIKE , and do it in moderation !

You are simply eating too much meat. Some of it simply rots before you can digest it.

Carrots will streamline your feces, and that will also reduce the bad odor of your stool.

Cranberry juice is used by those who have had their lower intestines removed and must void into a plastic bag on their body.

Cranberry is natures deoderant.

Never, never eat asparagus, -- it can really make your stool stink.

Beans stink only if they have been eaten with meat. (any meat at all)- most people blame it on the beans, but it is really because meat in beans rot before it can be digested.

If you lack certain enzymes you don't totally digest your food and your poo & farts smell bad. People who are lactose intolerant lack the enzyme to digest the sugars in milk so it makes them gassy and uncomfortable. It's the same for you. You aren't breaking the food down completely.

You can buy digestive enzymes from the drugstore. Beano is one or you can buy it in pills.

Your bowels are not moving fast enough. The longer they stay the worse it is. Fast moving bowels - few hours after eating usually don't have an "awful" smell. "It" should be light in color and should float in the bowl.

It's rotten waste stuffed in an enclosed area (in this case, your body)
