Yes. Easy.
1) "Good looking" is your opinion. Mr. IQ, you should know beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Just because you think you're good looking, doesn't mean girls do. And physical attraction is about ALOT of components, everyone is attracted to different things... like some girls like stocky hairy men, some girls like Abercrombie-esque preps, I like 6-pack abs on a tall man. You can't be attractive to everyone... thats how it goes.
2) High IQ scores has never attracted me to a guy. EVER.
3) Have you looked at the possibility you're interested in the type of girls that just aren't interested in your type? Example... I am very fit and social, I cannot date someone who is average/over weight and or a hermit. Example: School class dork pineing after the homecoming queen.
4) You have no game. Girls MIGHT be interested in you, but you don't make a move. You don't flirt. You aren't confident. Girls are attracted to confidence (not cockyness, but confidence).
5) Your personality sucks. You are no fun. You have no hobbies to speak of. You are dull. You are a momma's boy. You don't shower as often as you should...
So I've made a list of possibilities, its probably a combination of a few... but point being, is that it can be from alot of different reasons.

Ack! Okay, the whole high IQ thing... yeah drop that. Women like guys who are secure in who they are without flashing their assets. Mentioning your IQ makes you sound egotistical. Saying you're good-looking makes you sound narcistic.
The answer to your puzzle: stop talking about yourself. Get to know other people. Diversify your relationship investments. People who are only looking for love make lousy lovers; they're clingy.

Maybe its because you think of yourself as good looking and smart that you cannot get a girlfriend.
Girls don't like guys who are full of themselves or take themselves too seriously, not that you do but maybe you put yourself across that way accidentally.
Loosen up a little, have fun and stop worrying about not having a girlfriend because she will come along when you least expect it.

Are you cocky? Do you only look at women for there looks? Do you think you are better then alot of people? I dont know you so I cant say why for sure

maybe you're looking for the wrong kinds of women.
Just go out and have fun, be YOURSELF regardless of whose looking and you'll spot many women who are interested in the real you
