you are right, Jesus never said that heaven was for everyone except gays. His last commandment was, 'Love one another as I have loved you.' he didn't say, 'love one another as i have loved you lest someone you know is gay'.

I think you know that what you have written here is not what Jesus said, Endora. The bible does say these things, but Jesus never picked out one particular group of people or a person and condemn them. Do you recall the story of the adulterous? The religious leaders wanted to stone her. Jesus said, "If any man among you is sin free, then throw the first stone" No one threw any stones. And Jesus asked the women, " Has anyone condemned you?" "No", she replied. " Then neither shall I condemn you, go, and sin no more." The bible also says, "Everyone sins and falls short of the glory of God" That includes you, me, my parents, my children, your family, your next door neighbors, EVERYONE. so there is no one on this earth that is qualified to throw stones. God be with you, Endora.

No, the Bible doesn't say this. However, it does tell us what is considered a "work of the flesh" which according to Corinthians and Galatians tells us keeps us from entering the kingdom of Heaven. Homosexual acts are considered works of the flesh.

Jesus left the door open for everyone to come into this Kingdom, but that does not mean that everyone will. And it does not mean that you can enter and hang on to your old life. Jesus demanded all to repent, and if you do not, no matter who you are, there is no entrance.

Lost in translation. Accept, Except. So close, such different meanings.

What was gained and what was lost in the many translations of the bible?

And if it is the word of God, how good was the hearing of the humans?

And didn't gay mean happy fairly recently?

It's all true. I read it in an old book once.

Never. It is a sin along with the others (adultury, theives, etc)

"Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God" (NIV, 1st Corinthians 6:9-11)

All sins are bad and the same in Gods eye, the problem with homosexuality is people claim that they were "born that way" and think that them living in this sin is okay and they can still be saved. Homosexuality is not a one time sin, where you repent and God forgives you. Most homosexuals live this way of sin day in and day out, so how can they inherit the kingdom of heaven?

um not sure.... God doesn't agree with Gay people. That si a sin. If he did agree with it, why would he say that no one of that kind(homosexuality) would enter his gates of heaven? He specifically says, "homosexuality". That word was in a verse. Cuz i don't understand how people can say that they are Christian and gay. How is that possible. Cuz then u are goign against God.

When does Jesus ever say "accept gays". The rule was in place before he was born. If he had anything new to say about it I'm sure he would.

Perhaps he did and they neglected to write it down....
